2011 Event

Welcome to A Steamy Havana Night!
Come celebrate the 21st anniversary of the Allie Awards with the Atlanta chapters of the International Special Events Society (ISES) and National Association of Catering Executives (NACE) and honor those companies who raise the caliber of Atlanta events to a national level.
The 2011 Allie Awards will recognize companies and individuals who have made their mark on the Atlanta event scene during the previous year and stood out above the rest. Allie Awards will be presented for 32 different categories, and the Bob Blaesing, CSEP Lifetime Achievement Award and Dale Riggins Humanitarian Award will be given.
Join 400 of your peers for an action-packed evening complete with a cocktail reception, a posh sit-down dinner and an evening featuring STAND OUT event designers, producers, caterers and planners. Please join us this year as we pay tribute to the local companies and agencies that truly rise above the rest.
See you there. And, we hope that you are one of the honorees! Enter today.

Welcome to 2011 and the hope of a new and exciting year for the International Special Events Society (ISES) and the National Association of Catering Executives (NACE). We’ve all had to face many challenges the past two years, whether personal or professional, and yet we made it through. This year’s Allie Awards will be an exciting opportunity to highlight and showcase our industry partners who’ve achieved extraordinary success in spite of extraordinary conditions.
As co-chair of this year’s planning committee, I’m thrilled to be a part of this effort and renewal. Our industry is comprised of the strongest and most resilient individuals, and we display these qualities every day in our respective roles.
I’d like to encourage interested folks to get involved in whatever capacity your time and resources allow. We’re always looking for sponsors as well as volunteers who can give of their time. Additionally, we need nominations for the various categories in the competition, so please feel free to submit an entry for those efforts you feel are the most deserving. If you’re only able to purchase a ticket to the event, we’d love you to do that too.
The 2011 Allie Awards will be an elegant evening, and a fantastic opportunity to cheer for our colleagues, competitors, and friends. We look forward to seeing you there!
